PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)

for the provision of legal services for the execution of documents

1. General provisions
1.1 This document is an official offer (public offer) of Shliakh do Mrii.O.K. LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to conclude a contract for the provision of services to any interested person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Actions of the Customer indicating acceptance of the terms of the Agreement:

  • Filling out the order form on the official website of the Contractor

  • Transfer of funds for services

  • Signing a document on joining the agreement

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. In accordance with this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide services for the legal execution of documents, and the Customer shall accept and pay for them in full.

3. Terms of service
3.1 Estimated terms of work performance are indicated on the Contractor's website. In case of objective obstacles, the terms may be revised with prior notice to the Customer.

3.2. The cost of services is determined by the current price list of the Contractor and is subject to agreement of the parties before payment.

4. 4. Mutual obligations
4.1 The Contractor guarantees:

  • Providing services in full and on time

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information

  • Return of original documents upon completion of work

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

  • Provide the required package of documents and information

  • Pay for services in a timely manner

  • Inform about changes in contact information

5. Terms of payment
5.1. Payment for the services shall be made in full in one time before the start of work.

5.2. In case the Customer refuses from the services:

  • If work has not begun, 20% is charged from the cost of services

  • The full cost of services is charged upon commencement of work

6. Force majeure circumstances
6.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, military operations, decisions of state authorities, technical failures, etc.

7. Dispute Resolution Procedure
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach a compromise, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8. 8. Final terms and conditions
8.1. The Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance of the terms and conditions by the Customer.
8.2. The Contractor shall have the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Agreement with prior disclosure of information to the Customers.
